The owner of Louis Vuitton has said that the LVMH is going to be using their production of perfume lines for the starting the making of the hand sanitizer for protecting the people against outbreaks of coronavirus.
The maker of luxury goods has said that it is wanting to help in the tackling of the nationwide shortage of the products which are anti-viral all over France. The gels are going to be delivered free of any charge to the authorities of healthcare as per the announcement on Sunday. France till now has seen 120 deaths from coronavirus as the pandemic is spreading. The LVMH is going to use the lines of production of the perfume and the cosmetic brands for producing the larger quantities from the hydroalcoholic gels from this Monday.
The luxury conglomerate from France has also owned the well-known brands like the champagne maker Moet and Chandon, the watchmaker Tag Hueuer and the jeweler Bulgari. LVMH is going to continue honoring the commitment for as much time as they feel necessary and in connection with the health authorities of France as per the companies. France has further closed all of its restaurants, non-essential stores and cafes in the effort for combating the virus, which has also infected 165,000 people and it has killed over 6,000 world over.
The governments all over the world have been calling on the manufacturers for helping in making products which are running low in the outbreak of virus. The Prime Minister of United Kingdom, Boris Johnson has been due to asking the engineering firms of United Kingdom this Monday for shifting the ventilator production. This is a step which has been lauded.
